Evergreen City: from no processes to running on Nexus360
Evergreen City was our first client. When we started in 2020, the business had no software and no defined processes. We fixed the processes first and made sure the team followed them. Then we took demos from several ERP vendors. Their products were either far bigger than Evergreen needed, full of features nobody would use, or too costly. So we built our own, as a one-time investment that is still running today.

FaydaMX started as an idea: a rewards app for shopping at local stores. We took it from paper to a live app, covering both the business side and all of its technology.

Thermocare Group: one procurement system for three companies
Thermocare Group runs three companies: Sunrock, Naad Nonwoven and Suntech Geotextile. As at Evergreen, we set up the purchasing process first, got the teams following it and then built the software around it.
